TULSA, Okla.—UKB Chief Jeff Wacoche attended the American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Oklahoma Tulsa Chapter Luncheon on Monday, March 3, 2025, at the River Spirit Casino Resort. The event focused on the topic “The Importance of Sovereignty for the Greater Economy and the State,” featuring Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond as the speaker.

Drummond brings nearly 30 years of legal experience to his role, having served as an assistant district attorney in Pawnee and Osage counties and as an attorney in private practice. In 1999, he founded Drummond Law, a Tulsa-based firm.

Beyond his legal career, Drummond, a seventh-generation Oklahoman, has worked as a rancher, banker and businessman. A U.S. Air Force jet pilot during the Persian Gulf War, Drummond led the conflict’s first combat mission. He earned the Distinguished Flying Cross for “extraordinary achievement,” along with three Air Medals and four Aerial Achievement medals, making him one of the most decorated Oklahomans to serve in the war.
