Renewal notices for expired tags are sent to Keetoowah members as a courtesy reminder, but are not needed to renew your vehicle registration. Per Oklahoma statues, failure to receive a registration renewal will not relieve a vehicle owner from the responsibility of renewing a vehicle's registration in a timely manner. Late registration renewal will not result in the assessment of delinquent registration penalties through our office, though law enforcement will not go by this policy and ticketing is a possibility at their discretion.

The Keetoowah Tag Agency is managed by Director Sheila Bluebird. To speak with someone over the phone, please call 918-871-2770. Forms can be downloaded and pre-filled before visiting the Keetoowah Tag Agency.

Payment Info

We are also now offering electronic payments with the addition of Square technology! Additional accepted forms of payment now include Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Tribal members, please note if you make a digital payment, a $3 charge will be added to help offset our costs.

 

The Keetoowah Tag Agency NO LONGER accepts personal checks as a form of payment. Other acceptable forms of payment include card, cash, money order, or a cashier's check made out to the United Keetoowah Band Tax Commission or Keetoowah Tag Agency.

Add Tribal Member

Information on how to authorize and add a UKB tribal member to the title of your personal vehicle.

New! Our Keetoowah Tag Agency now offers Active Duty tags for members of the United States Armed Forces and their spouses! We have tags for the following branches: Air Force, Army, National Guard, Coast Guard, Marine Corps and the Navy. Initial cost is $25 and a annual renewal fee of $15.

Please download and complete the US Armed Forces Affidavit and bring it with you/attach it to your paperwork. Members living out of state are eligible only if they can provide a valid, secondary Oklahoma address (such as a family address). We will also need a copy of your driver's license, tribal card, military ID, title and current insurance card.

We also offer Veteran tags to those who are no longer serving. Please provide us with a DD214 when registering your vehicle. Wado!
