The UKB Media and Public Relations Department​ handles various outlets of information for the United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians. The department is responsible for the tribe's monthly newspaper publication, The Giduwa Cherokee News, as well as maintaining this website and the tribe's Facebook, YouTube and Instagram accounts.

2018 Community Report
The UKB Media and Public Relations Department​ has also created a 2018 community report summarizing some of the tribe's biggest activities and accomplishments from the past year.
Categories for the report include Housing, the Jim Proctor Elder and Nutrition Center and a summary of the October 2108 Keetoowah Celebration activities.
