Request for Proposal
The United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians in Oklahoma is solicing proposals for new construcon on a commercial building for the Tag Agency located in Tahlequah, OK. Bids open March 22nd, 2024 and will close April 22nd, 2024.
All bidders may submit to the United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians in Oklahoma (the “UKB” or “United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians” or “Tribe”) Project Supervisor Larry Pritchett, a request for information on and/or interpretation on via email at lpritchett@ukb-nsn.gov or Francesca Smith at fsmith@ukb-nsn.gov. All questions that arise requiring an addendum will be posted to the UKB tribal website at www.ukb-nsn.gov under the ‘more’ tab, no later than April 19th, 2024.
The United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians are soliciting proposals for a design-build
project. We are requesting proposals for new construction of a Wood/Stick-Frame Metal Building. This new construction would serve as the UKB Delaware District Community/Wellness Center.
All questions should be emailed to Francesca Smith no later than 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday, April 29th, 2024. All questions which arise requiring an addendum will be posted to the UKB tribal website at www.ukb-nsn.gov under the ‘more’ tab, no later than May 3rd, 2023.
Sealed Proposals will be received in the UKB’s Accounting office until 10:00 am CST, on May 8th, 2023. All Proposals shall be clearly marked with “Delaware District Community/Wellness Center.” Immediately following the closing of the RFP, the United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians will publicly open bids at the UKB Federal Programs Building Conference Room located at 18300 W. Keetoowah Cir. Tahlequah, OK 74464.

The United Keetoowah Band Housing Department (UKBHD) is soliciting bid from contractors for the Lawn Care and Landscaping for our Tribal Housing Properties. Bid packages can be requested via email to no’kelly@ukb-nsn.gov or by phone 918-871-2818. Bid is due no later than 1:30 PM on 04/24/24 and can be emailed to no’kelly@ukb-nsn.gov Or ghooper@ukb-nsn.gov. Bid will be date and time stamped once received.
Bidders are urged to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves as to all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of performance of the contract to the extent such information is reasonably obtainable.
