Status: Full-Time Temporary
Reports to: Construction Manager
Inspect homes to determine minor, substantial and/or emergency rehabilitations; minor repairs. Periodically conduct inspections on tribally owned homes; inspect rehabilitations projects daily. Position: Transit Driver
Pay: Based on Experience
Drives a passenger bus on an assigned route. Collects fares. Serves as driver on other assigned trips as required. Provides information to passengers including bus schedules and routes. Assists passengers in determining how to get to desired destination. Ensures passenger safety by enforcing rules of conduct and operation. Checks bus for lost items and reports same. Performs visual inspection and operational safety check of assigned vehicle daily. Reports traffic hazards, accidents, and other conditions requiring attention. Completes daily report forms which record mileage, passengers, and mechanical defects. Operates equipment safely and reports any unsafe work condition or practice to supervisor and other duties as assigned. Uses electronic tablet to send and receive ride information with Dispatcher. Position: Social Services Advocate
Status: Part-time, non-exempt
Advocate will assist with intake/applications to assist clients in identifying their needs and/or barriers to self-sufficiency. Advocate will work directly with clients to develop individual service plans to address needs/barriers, refer clients to appropriate community resources and facilitate access to those resources. Advocate will ensure proper documentation is accurate and in accordance with policy, provide follow-up services to ensure identified needs are met, network with community resources/agencies, ability to work as a team player and perform additional duties as assigned. Advocate will be responsible for tracking client information for quarterly BIA mandated reports. Advocate will also assist Director in completing annual mandated BIA yearly reports.
