INVITATION FOR BID
The United Keetoowah Band (UKB) is solicing bids from contractors for the rehabilitaon of offices. Bid
packages can be requested via email to fsmith@ukb-nsn-gov by phone 918-871-2768. Bids will be open
2/13/2024 and will close no later than 4:00pm on 3/14/2024. Bids can be emailed to fsmith@ukb-nsn.gov.
Bids will be dated, and me stamped once received.
Bidders are urged to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to sasfy themselves as to
all general and local condions that may affect the cost of performance of the contract to the extent such
informaon is obtainable. In no event will a failure to inspect the site constute grounds for a claim aer
contract award. Site visits can be requested at the email address above.
The UKB intends to award to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder whose bid does not exceed
the amount of funds determined to be available for the project. It will be a fixed price contract. The
selected Bidder will furnish all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision required for compleon of the
work set out in this solicitaon and contract documents.
All contractors must be able to be insured. Contracts shall not be awarded to debarred, suspended, or
ineligible contractors. Contractors must comply with the Davis-Bacon Act, Copeland "An-Kickback" Act,
as supplemented in Department of Labor regulaons (29 CFR part 3).
The UKB reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalies or irregularies in any bid, solicit
new bids, or proceed to do the work by other means as may be determined in the best interest of the
United Keetoowah Band.
The UKB shall apply Indian preference when applicable. UKB shall give preference in procurement acvies
consistent with the requirements of secon 7(b) of the Indian Self Determinaon and Educaon Assistance
Act (25 U.S.C. 450e (b), when applicable.
