The United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians in Oklahoma is soliciting proposals for new construction of a commercial building that will serve as the Tribal Courthouse.

Requirements include but are not limited to cost estimation, bid specification preparation, and construction phase services.

All bidders may submit to the United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians in Oklahoma (the "UKB" or "United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians" or "Tribe") Project Architect Michael Riley, a request for interpretation via email at mriley@michaelrileyarchitect.com. Any interpretation documents will be made by addendum to the RFP. All questions should be emailed to Michael Riley no later than 5:00 p.m. CST, Thursday, June 29, 2023. All questions which arise requiring an addendum will be posted to the UKB tribal website at ukb-nsn.gov under the 'More' tab, no later than June 7th, 2023.
