The United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians in Oklahoma is soliciting proposals for a roof replacement. The proposal would be for a single site in Stilwell, OK on a commercial strip mall building.
Requirements include but are not limited to cost estimation, bid specification preparation, and construction phase services.
All bidders may submit to the United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians (the “UKB” or “United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians”) Property Manager Larry Pritchett, a request for interpretation via email at lpritchett@ukb-nsn.gov or via phone at (918) 506-7554. Any interpretation documents will be made by addendum to the RFP. All questions should be emailed to Larry Pritchett no later than 5:00 p.m. CST, Wednesday, May 31st, 2023.
